    To refurbish the existing property, maximising the net-internal-area and return it to market with the option to let the property as soon as possible

    On appointment we revised the incumbent design team and developed further opportunities within the existing building envelope.

    We offered further options to efficiently re-clad the building, thus reducing the cladding thickness and increasing the net-internal-area by 20% and significantly increasing the asset value

  3. Outcome

    The project was delivered to a high quality and achieved record pre-lettings. Shortly after completion the asset achieved a record sale, meeting the client’s brief on all fronts
