TowerEight, the leading project and cost management consultancy has been appointed to work on a new, mixed-use, residential-led scheme at Canary Wharf.
The mixed-use element of the South Quay Square scheme will provide 206 serviced apartments over 12-storeys with an additional 2-storeys of commercial office space and a public café on the ground floor.
TowerEight was involved from the feasibility stage and assisted with procuring the project team, managing the planning process, appointing the main contractor and delivering on-site works.

The project is currently in progress and is due for completion Q1 2018. “The project has presented some unique challenges particularly the design of the facility. We are now successfully utilising an existing steel and concrete frame which was previously damaged in 1996,” explained Adam Mursal.
