Centrica Energy Marketing and Trading business (EM&T) has appointed TowerEight to lead the creation of a new London office based in the newly completed Park House development on Oxford Street.
The energy giant’s Midstream division is relocating its main operation which includes the trading function from its current office base in Windsor, with the move scheduled to take place mid-2016.
TowerEight won the pitch in a competitive tender process to take on its second piece of office work for Centrica this year. The project will see more than 240 desks moving to take up the 28,000 sq ft space on the 2nd floor of this landmark central London building; it is scheduled for completion in mid-2016.
TowerEight are on Centrica’s consultant framework and has recently provided project and cost management services on the Cat-B fit-out of its new HQ in Staines, which completed in March 2015.
