TowerEight is excited to be working with Whitbread once again as Project Manager, this time on an exiting new 366-bedroom hotel and restaurant development near Paddington Station.
The development is part of a wider large mixed-use development at 40 Eastbourne Terrace and will compromise a 275-bed Premier Inn, a 91-bedroom hub by Premier Inn and a Bar + Block Steakhouse. This will be the first time all three brands will occupy the same building.
The scheme will neighbour Whitbread’s 373-bedroom Premier Inn hotel under construction in Paddington Basin and a 294-bedroom hub by Premier Inn hotel coming to Marylebone Road.
Tom Williams, Director at TowerEight said: “Having worked with Whitbread since our inception in 2011 on 53 completed projects and 23 live projects, it’s great to be involved in such an exciting project in a great location. The fact that we’ll finally see Premier Inn, hub and Bar + Block in one place is a great way to demonstrate the success of our many collaborations with Whitbread on each of the brands, respectively.”
Located directly opposite London Paddington station, adjacent to the entrance to the Elizabeth Line, tenants, residents and guests will benefit from close proximity to national and local travel links, the leisure, retail and dining options of Paddington Basin and the West End, and the green space of Hyde Park.
